Huntsville FC Eclipse U16 Competitive Team

The U18 Huntsville Eclipse team has earned their way in the South Texas Youth Soccer Director’s Cup and are advancing and going to State !!! They will be playing in Round Rock May 13 & 14. The team is currently asking for donations to help with travel and expenses . If anyone would like to donate please pm coach Edwin Nieto. We have Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle for everyone’s convenience. It is with great privilege and great honor that I announce the EDD2L U17 First place team for Fall 2021 is none other than Huntsville Youth Soccer Association Huntsville Texas’ very own FC Eclipse U17 team!!! Whoop whoop!! Shout out to these amazing athletes and soccer players on their success in their first ever EDD2L season! The division was full of incredibly competitive teams and the Eclipse had to work their way through tough battles every step of the way!! They earned their spot in first place 🥇 and represented for Huntsville Texas the whole way through!! Way to go team!

On behalf of the team we’d like to give a special shout out and immense thank you to coaches Jonathan Munoz, Amner Salmeron, David Ortiz, Wes Beaver McMillan, & Emerson Alexis Aviles for their continued support and love for this team and the game of fútbol. Thank y’all for taking the time to help instruct and develop these players, and for taking the time to share your wisdom and knowledge of the great game of soccer. None of this would’ve been possible without yall’s help! Y’all are a the backbone of Competitive Soccer in Huntsville Texas Huntsville is blessed to have y’all be a part of HVYSA.

Shout out to eclipse players! Today at the end of the Sam Houston State University campus tour there was a knowledge assessment of 20 Questions on something called Kahoot. Out of 67 competitors Eclipse players dominated the quizzes, and swept the podium winning the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place prizes! Out of 67 competitors!!! Chochi got 3rd, Micheal Soyege got 2nd, and Juan Delgado got 1st place !!! They won some sweet prizes! Eclipse players are Competitors!
