This is my staple exercise on my Hip Dominant day!
I love how this exercise makes you activate your core to maintain a neutral spine. Having a pronates grip doesn’t hurt either! Talk about getting some grip work.
Switched up my normal lifting environment and I was feeding off the view. Loved it.

The numerous ways programs can be written to accomplish your goals are amazing. However, it isn’t just GETTING through a workout! The goal is to help you strive each session to be able to look at the person in the mirror and grow into a stronger individual mentally and physically. It will get hard, but tough times are what enable us to change into tougher people

Hey everyone! My name is Coach Lazo and I am the creator of Fight for The Future Fitness. I was a collegiate baseball player at Missouri Baptist University. My passion for fitness grew after I sustained a labrum injury going into my senior year of college. I was timid stepping back into the weight room after having surgery, but instead I gained an understanding of how much our body could take and build. I decided to make fitness my career as I became the first group strength instructor at Silverback Gym. During my time at Silverback I became the Director of the Youth's Sports Clinic, where I gave kids from 8-18 yrs. old the knowledge on how to properly lift. At the conclusion of this clinic I decided to join the University of Florida Strength and Conditioning staff, where I helped take athletes through weight room and conditioning workouts. My time at the University of Florida helped me understand my passion for helping athletes reach their goals of becoming a collegiate athletes. I worked with the football team and spent a little time getting to shadow the baseball and softball team as well. My goal is to help athletes further their playing career to the next level.
