We are officially less than 24 hours away from Rocket City Weather Fest 2026 ☀️🌩️🌪️😁!

Be sure to check out our weather facilities (including research vehicles) during a SWIRLL tour, provided by our amazing Atmospheric and Earth Science Department Student Ambassadors!

Transportation to and from SWIRLL will be available via ongoing shuttles, but guests are also welcome to drive and park at SWIRLL.

We're excited to announce our panelists for this year's 'Weather and Society' Panel!

Featuring Alabama State Climatologist Dr. Lee Ellenburg, NASA Disasters Research Scientist Ronan Lucey, Tennessee Valley Weather Meteorologist Ben Luna, UAH FARM Managing Director Dr. Karen Kosiba, FARM Executive Director Dr. Josh Wurman, and Baron Weather Communication Specialist Jeff Huffman.
