🟣 The Chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest text called the Vedas. Evidence of Chakras, also spelled Cakra, is found in the Shri Jabala Darshana Upanishad, the Cudamini Upanishad, the Yoga-Shikka Upanishad and the Shandilya Upanishad.

🟡 Each Meditation class focuses on one of the specific traditional (7-Set) Chakra energy centers. Free informative handouts, written by the teacher, will be provided for each class. The teacher for this class took his first Yoga Meditation class in 1977.

📖 Students who attend this 8-week series will receive a free Certificate of Completion in ‘Traditional Chakra Yoga Meditation’ from The Green Forest School.
