When we took over RCNOA, we hoped we’d build a place where people of all ages could get stronger, gain confidence, and have fun. What we didn’t realize was just how much our students and athletes would impact us too.

Watching both our kids and adults grow over the last year has been the best part of this journey.
We’ve seen people do things they never thought they could, overcome fears, cheer each other on, build friendships, and discover just how capable they really are.
Getting to be a small part of those moments is something we’ll never take for granted.

To every family, athlete, and member who has walked through our doors this past year, thank you.
Thank you for trusting us, believing in us, and making RCNOA such a special place.
