🚨 RANK TESTING IS THIS WEEK! 🚨

Our ninjas have been working hard to get endorsed, and now it’s time to put those skills to the test! 💪🥷

Rank 1 & 3: September 21 & 22
Rank 2 & 4+: September 23 & 24

👉 A quick reminder you MUST have already be Coach ENDORSED by last Friday and on the currently on the Rank Testing schedule, in order to test this month.

👉 There will be NO FREESTYLE Monday through Thursday this week while Rank Testing is taking place.

We are so proud of the work our athletes have put in to get here. Come ready to focus, give it everything you’ve got, and show us what you can do! ❤️

Good luck, ninjas!! 🔥

More Than Obstacles — It’s a Mindset.

Sometimes the simplest answers mean the most. ❤️

When we asked him why he likes coming to Ninja, he said, “I just like doing it, and the coaches are nice.”

To us, that says so much.

We want every athlete to feel supported, challenged, and cared for, and to know their coaches are in their corner.

The skills matter, but so does enjoying the journey.

Hearing him say this means so much to us. ❤️🥷

More Than Obstacles. It’s a Mindset.

This right here, is the good stuff ❤️

Our athletes are training hard. They’re learning technique, strength, balance, endurance and how to tackle obstacles that challenge them physically.

And through that training, they’re also learning focus, motivation, confidence and how to keep going when something doesn’t come easy.

That’s what makes this so much bigger than just getting through an obstacle.

I love hearing a parent recognize what we work so hard to teach every day.

Take a listen. 🥷💙

More Than Obstacles. It’s a Mindset.

🥷 TRAINER TUESDAY: MEET PARKER! ✈️

Help us in welcoming Parker as our new Assistant Manager at RCNOA! Parker has already been part of the Rocket City Ninja Obstacle Academy team for a few months now.

Parker first discovered RCNOA through Jenn, her former “partner in crime” at a previous job. When Jenn and Fil took over the academy, Parker knew she wanted to be part of the great things they were building!

Growing up, Parker played several sports in high school, and these days, she stays active while keeping up with her two energetic boys. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid. One of her favorite parts of working at RCNOA is watching students accomplish new milestones and encouraging them along the way.

A fun fact about Parker is that her dog, Oso, has more photos on her phone than she has selfies! Her Ninja Name is Parker Parker, and if she could choose any superpower, she would love to fly!

We’re so happy to have Parker as part of the RCNOA family! Be sure to say hello the next time you see her at the academy! 🚀
