What a week! 🔥

Huge thanks to Sophiane Méthot (Olympic bronze, 2x World bronze) and Sarah Milette (3x World medalist & World Games bronze) for training with us.

Incredible energy, next-level practices, and pure inspiration.

So glad we got to host you both! 🇨🇦✨
