The big skills start with the basics! 🤸🏽‍♀️🤍

From beginner vaults to advanced skills, every drill, correction, and repetition is building the foundation for what comes next. That’s why we focus on doing the little things RIGHT from the very beginning! ✨

Ready to get your gymnast started? We still have spots available in our recreational classes at BOTH locations! 🤍

Come learn, grow, and build with the Southern States family! 💎

Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating our 2027 Senior Gymnast, Skylar McDonald! 💎🎓

Skylar has been a part of the Southern States family for 10 years, and it has truly been an honor watching her grow from a young gymnast into the amazing young woman she is today. 🤍

Next fall, Skylar will begin a new chapter at UAB, where she plans to major in Forensic Science!

As she competed in her final Diamond Invitational and officially kicked off her senior season, we couldn’t be more proud. We love you, Skylar, and we can’t wait to see everything this next chapter has in store. You’ll always have a home and family at Southern States. 🤍

Cheers to your final season! 🎉

Help us congratulate our Level 9 senior! 🎓🤍

Building the basics today so we can build BIGGER skills tomorrow! 🤸🏽‍♀️🌟

Our beginner floor circuit focuses on mastering those foundational skills while adding drills that help prepare our gymnasts for what’s next. ✨

Strong basics = stronger skills! 💗

Strong skills start with a strong foundation.

Drills may look simple, but they’re where our gymnasts build the strength, technique, body control and confidence they need for bigger skills later on. ✨

We’re not just learning the skill, we’re building the foundation FIRST! 🤍
