Ms Mallory’s daughter got some more gym time today and can now do a fly-away without a spot 😍💪🤸♂️. We just showed her the skill a few days ago!?! Super proud of her!!! 😍

Have a grade school kid at home right now that need to get moving? Ms Mallory just made another gymnastics workout for kids 6-years old and up to do at home!
She leads the group in some cardio, stretching, reviews the proper form for forward rolls and then the group practices those rolls together (with harder variations for the more advanced kids)! The workout is done similar to a class at The Little Gym, appropriate for all skill levels and features some of your favorite The Little Gym teachers!
The class is designed for your kids to follow along and participate with at home! This is the first of several videos we're making for this age group!
