Hey guys!!! I’m back 🫶🏼
Last week I took a step back from social media to spend intentional time with God. My husband and I had been praying about something specific but what the Lord did in that season was nothing I expected.
He began to reveal ME to myself.
Things I didn’t even know were sitting in my heart. But what He kept bringing to the surface, more than anything else, was unforgiveness.
Unforgiveness dressed up as hurt. As offense. As disappointment. I thought I had released so much but I hadn’t. And honestly, I’m still working through some of it.
The hurt itself isn’t the problem. That’s human. That’s real. But what I’ve come to understand is that unprocessed brokenness leaves cracks in our armor and the enemy knows exactly where those cracks are. He doesn’t miss an opportunity, and once he gets a grip, he doesn’t let go easily.
Your pain is real. Your emotions are valid. But I want to encourage you take all of it and lay it at the feet of the Father. Not just for the sake of your salvation, but because that weight was never yours to carry in the first place.
Today, I’m challenging you to take inventory of your heart. If you’re holding onto something, take it to Him. He can handle it.

🧡🧡 Officially Certified 🧡🧡
This one has been a LONG TIME coming, and honestly, there were moments I didn’t think I’d make it here.
I started my certification nearly 5 months ago…a process that typically takes 6-8 weeks. Days after beginning my training, I got injured, and what should have been straightforward became twice as long and infinitely more challenging.
I first got interested in teaching barre3 because what this studio offers is truly unmatched: honoring your body’s needs while pushing yourself to grow stronger with each class. I had no idea how much I’d need this environment when weightlifting suddenly wasn’t an option during the early phases of my recovery.
I’ve always loved the filthy grind and grit of weightlifting. But since becoming a mom, I’ve struggled to find my inner “DOGG” more days than I care to admit. Barre3 gave me something I didn’t know I needed, a place to feel strong AND be soft. It guided me back to my body more deeply than I’ve been connected to it since having my little one.
This training process stretched me mentally, physically, and emotionally. There were times I almost walked away. I’d nearly convinced myself the injury was God’s way of telling me to sit down. But what He was really showing me? How much “DOGG” I still have in me. She just shows up differently now.😌
I’m so grateful to be certified instructor. I’m eager to keep learning and growing in this program.
Come catch me on the mic w/ !!!

I’m so excited and grateful to be training as a barre3 instructor! I love exploring different forms of fitness. It’s an amazing opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills while connecting with more people through movement. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me and hope to see you in class soon! ☺️
