Private training is also an excellent way for athletes in other sports and disciplines to cross-train. Dance develops balance, coordination, core strength, mobility, body awareness, musicality, and control—all skills that can translate into stronger overall athletic performance.

MEET SARAH GRACE 🌟

A Huntsville native, Sarah Grace has been dancing for 23 years in multiple styles, including ballet, tap, ballroom, and musical theatre. With a background in theatre and the performing arts, she has performed as a featured dancer with Fantasy Playhouse Children’s Theater and Academy, Independent Musical Productions, and Lyrique Music Productions’ summer 2025 production of Tuck Everlasting.

Sarah Grace has also taught at V Dance Academy and performed in various Dance Élan productions and projects. This season, she will take the stage in Dance Elan's The Rocket City Nutcracker™!
