🎩 Anything Goes in Adult Tap! 🎶

We had a great time bringing a little Broadway to the studio with Anything Goes-inspired choreography!

Whether you’re returning to tap or ready to try something new, Adult Tap on Wednesday nights is a welcoming class for all levels.

Come make some noise with us! 👞✨

⭕ Rond de jambe—“circle of the leg.”

It may look simple, but there’s a lot happening: turnout, control, placement, coordination, and a clear pathway of the working leg.

Those circles at the barre are building the strength and precision dancers need when the movement gets bigger.

Master the pathway. Then take it off the barre. 💯

UNDER-OVER. RISE UP. 🩰

Sous-sus — meaning “under-over.” A position where the dancer rises in fifth, drawing the feet and legs tightly together.

It may look like a small step, but it asks for strength, control, placement, balance, and precision.

That’s the beauty of ballet: the smallest details build the strongest dancers.

Don’t just learn the steps. Understand them. Refine them. Own them.

Come train with purpose at V Dance Academy.

Had a wonderful time celebrating some birthdays with our studio family! 🎉🩰🩵

Dance brings us together, but it’s the friendships and memories beyond the studio that make this community so special.

More than a studio. More than dance. We’re family. 🩵

Grateful for an entire weekend of DANCE! 🩰

Our adult dancers performed and took classes as part of the Adult Day of Dance with the Huntsville Dance Community!

We believe dance is for every stage of life. We value dancers of all ages and abilities and the opportunity to keep learning, moving, performing, and growing together.

There is no age limit on being a dancer. Keep showing up. Keep dancing. 💪
