No lessons guys this week. They think I’ve torn my meniscus. I have MRI on Thursday night at 8pm at Sports Med. They are ruling out a blood clot right now, I’m at Crestwood getting ultrasound. I’ll credit this week but until we know extent of it I’m going stay off it. I’ll send an update about the rest of the month when I know more.

This is a great opportunity for kids who maybe are considering starting pitching or catching to see if they like it and for those who have been pitching and catching already to learn more position specific drills and tips…GBR!

Screw balls guys. I’ve said this a million times if they get a hold of it it’s on a more horizontal plane it’s adjustable even though this one was high and threw at around 78 mph. Not saying not to throw it, but this can happen even to the best and the fastest.
