A little something we hope you carry with you today.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to be the strongest in the room. And you definitely don’t have to do it perfectly.

Just keep showing up for yourself.

Whether you come to CoreSouth for the workout, the reset, the challenge, the confidence, or the people — we’re so glad you’re here.

Because at the end of the day, it’s more than 45 minutes. It’s a place to move, connect, encourage one another, and become a little stronger together.

You belong here. ♡

Save this for a day you need a little encouragement & send it to someone who needs to hear it, too.

🎀 CORESOUTH GOES PINK THIS OCTOBER! 🎀

This October, we’re coming together for Breast Cancer Awareness Month to support an incredible cause and make a difference beyond the studio.

Throughout the month, we’ll be raising funds for the Liz Hurley Breast Cancer Fund through a variety of ways to get involved:

🩷 Sponsor a Class: Businesses and individuals can sponsor a class at one of our four sponsorship levels. 100% of sponsorship proceeds will benefit the Liz Hurley Breast Cancer Fund!

🎀 Pink Pass: New to CoreSouth? Our Pink Pass includes 4 classes for just $49! If you join in October, your pass purchase will be applied toward your membership.

💕 Dedication Heart Wall: Add a heart filled with love, dedication, and encouragement to honor someone special or someone whose journey has touched your life.

🩷 Pink Wednesdays: Wear pink, bring the energy, and show up for a cause that impacts so many.

Whether you’re taking a class, sponsoring a class, honoring a loved one, or simply showing up in pink, every little bit helps us make a difference.
Let’s fill our studios with love, community, and a whole lot of PINK! 🎀

Have questions about sponsoring a class or getting involved? Send us a DM! 🩷

Tuesday, September 29th is National Hunger Day and we’re turning into a whole week of giving.

All week long, each of our studios will have a donation bin for non-perishable food items. Everything we collect goes straight to the Food Bank of North Alabama to help support and feed families right here in our community.

On Tuesday, let’s unify in wearing orange to show our support (we know you’ve got it! 😉🧡).

Small Acts. BIG IMPACT. Let’s end hunger together.

✨ MEET BROOKE ✨

Brooke is one of our amazing CoreSouth Ambassadors at our Guntersville location! 🧡

Here’s a little about our girl Brooke:

“I took my first class a little over a year ago and had no idea how much I’d end up loving it. Now I get to be part of the ambassador team, which I’m so excited about!

CoreSouth has helped me build confidence and consistency, but honestly, the people are one of my favorite parts. You can pretty much always find me kicking off my weekend with a 7am class.

I’ve made it to all 3 studios, but Guntersville has my heart. A workout and a walk around the lake is hard to beat!

When I’m not at CoreSouth, I’m probably fostering puppies or hanging with friends.

Can’t wait to share more of what I love about CoreSouth with you guys!”

We’re so happy to have Brooke representing our Guntersville community! 🧡

Come take a class, meet Brooke, and see what the CoreSouth community is all about. We’d love to have you in the studio! ✨
