Hutchinson Salthawks Unified Bowling

So proud of this team. Missed state by 4 pins. We will use this as fuel for next year.

Unified Bowling Season came to an end today. Finished in 6th place at Regionals with a score of 810.

Team 1: Cooper, Jace, Mya- 730 2nd place Highest score ever by an HHS Unified Bowling Team!
Team 3: Mhali, Chloe, Ryliegh, Kat- 565 7th place
Team 2: Michael, Chase, Matthew- 507 8th place
Team 5: Ethan, Bryce, Mauricio, Aaron, Samuel- 367 14th place
Team 4: Ames, Damien, Steele, Kyrie- 366 15th place

We will have a parents meeting after the fall sports parent meeting at HHS in the performing arts center at 6:30. Please plan to attend if possible.

We may not have had the results we were hoping for tonight but I could not be more proud of this team. They scored 695 tonight for an 8th place finish and ranked 23rd out of all schools in Kansas. I believe we have the toughest regional in the state with the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 18th, 22nd, and 23rd teams in the state and that is just the top 8 teams. The next teams are closely behind us. The 18th place team didn't even make state this year. We have made great gains and have really grown this team. All will be returning next year for a run at state!
