Big enough to help you reach your goals. Small enough to know your name.
At Six20, we've always believed the best part of a gym isn't the equipment, it's the people. Real relationships, familiar faces, a comfortable environment, coaches who know your story, and a community that's genuinely happy to see you walk through the door.
That's the kind of environment we've worked hard to build.

A quick shoutout to Nellie! 💪
Most people see the hard work she puts into her training, but what they don't see is everything she does behind the scenes to help keep the admin side of Six20 running smoothly.
We're incredibly thankful for her consistency, dedication, positive attitude, and the steady presence she brings every day.
Thanks for all you do, Nellie!

Shoutout to Daniel. 👊
One thing he’s done really well is stay consistent with his programming and actually track his workouts in the app. Logging weights, tracking progress, and seeing those numbers improve over time makes it a lot easier to keep moving forward.
Nothing complicated—just showing up, doing the work, and letting consistency win. 💪

A lot of gyms jump straight to the workout.
Our Learn to Lift program spends time on the details first.
Here we’re breaking down deadlift setup, reviewing video between sets, making adjustments, and helping members understand what they’re feeling and why. The goal isn’t just getting through a workout—it’s learning how to lift well.
A little coaching now builds a lot of confidence later. 💪

One of the best parts of Small Group Personal Training isn’t the workouts.
It’s seeing the same people week after week, celebrating wins, pushing each other, and making showing up a little easier.
Coach-led training. Structured programming. Built-in accountability.
Just 2–4 people working toward their goals together.

For the man who’s tired of repeating the same cycle with his health, his drinking, and his faith.
Over the last several months, I’ve been working on something built on many of the same principles we’ve always believed in at Six20 Strength: consistency, accountability, community, and showing up day after day.
It’s called Sober Strength.
A faith-based, app-driven program and community built around three things:
Faith.
Strength.
Accountability.
The goal isn’t simply to stop drinking. It’s rebuilding the man underneath the drinking through daily scripture, fitness, and the support of other men. Stronger in faith, stronger in body, and more present for the people who matter most.
…Because that’s what helped me.
We’re still putting the finishing touches on it, but launch is getting close.
More details soon!
