Looking for 5th grade boys or 6th grade boys that will still be 11 through March, located in or around Hutchinson, KS.

This is a competitive team that will compete in the competitive league through Hutch Rec and around 5 tournaments.

Tryouts will be October 4th, 2025 at Journey Mennonite Church in South Hutch from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Please bring a basketball and a water bottle

We are looking for 5th and 6th grade girls in the Hutchinson area who are looking for a more competitive basketball environment.

✨We have 1 assistant coach already volunteered

Thank you to the parents, grandparents, friends and family who support these young athletes. It wouldn't be the same without you. 💚

Here’s to the family who showed up on the sidelines of our young athletes’ games this year.

No, not just the parents and siblings.

But the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, teachers and friends who showed up for them, too.

The ones who left their own to-do lists at home just for that moment your athlete spotted them on the sideline.

The ones who sometimes cheered louder than everyone else because they knew how much the game meant to the kid they were there to watch.

The ones who wore the team swag because it’s just as much their team, too.

The ones who could have been doing a million other things with their day, but they were on the sidelines cheering on our kids as they do what they love.

And the ones we know were there in spirit from afar… and from above.

To those ones.

Thank you for showing up.

There’s a kid out there who appreciates your effort.

And I do, too.

It was a good weekend 💪🏀 state qualifiers!

The 4th grade Kraken, made waves this weekend at the MAYB tournament and qualified for State. The championship game was a back and forth game between two very talented teams. Keep your head held high, you put up one heck of a fight. 🏀👊

Yesterday we went 1-1, winning the first game 28-16 and losing the second game 23-25

Now onto the bragging part of the post... our #21 scored a total of 27 points yesterday. 18 in the first game and 9 in the second. He put on an absolute clinic. 😮‍💨
