Hutchinson Middle School Athletics

Most of these athletes wrapped up their season two Mondays ago at Maize South. They showed up and set new personal records with some setting multiple PRs on the same day! Congrats to these athletes below.

🏆LEAGUE CHAMPIONS🏆

These individuals and relay team showed up and got the job done! In fields of up to 21 competitors in some events these athletes rose to the top and claimed the league title in their respective events.

Our league track meet brought out some of our best performances of the season! These athletes saw weeks of hard work, dedication, and perseverance pay off with new personal records at one of the biggest meets of the year. Several athletes set PRs in multiple events, and one athlete even achieved THREE personal records in a single meet — congrats to all!

We’ve got a lot of athletes to recognize today! Our chaotic end-of-season schedule made it tough to highlight everyone when we wanted to, but these athletes have consistently demonstrated exceptional attitude, energy, and effort. Coaches noticed their willingness to step up in any situation — whether that meant crushing a PR or filling in on a relay.

Last week’s recipients of this recognition were Matthew, Xavier, Blaine, Lucas, Ryott, Karter, Jack, Sutton, and Roxanne.

This week’s Gatorade prize winners were Mia, Saige, Rolando, Parker, Cannon, Adrian, Zayden, and Noah.

We’re excited to lean on the leadersip of these athletes as we finish the season strong at League on Monday!

Our final tune up before league lead to some outstanding PRs; some in more events than one!

Athletes who PR’d at the Maize South Participation Meet and League track will be recognized at our uniform check-in on May 12th.
