I hope every barn has a Jenn & a Sam.. Seasoned horse people who are always willing to step in, share what they know, and help someone through anything from the smallest question to the biggest struggle.

I hope every barn has a Jay & Kris. People who show up for the kids, support them, encourage them, and pour into them without thinking twice about what it costs them.

I hope every barn has a Sylvia & Julio. People who simply show up and give of themselves for no other reason than kindness.

And honestly, the list could go on and on… Ewan, Doc, Angie, Kinley, Austin, Kevin, Demi, Laura, Dan, Angie/Addi, Steven, Joetta, our lesson moms, Rodney/Cathrin, Gina, Melissa, and our new boarders… 🤎

Every single person brings something different to this barn; their own beautiful, God given gift. And when you put all of those gifts together, you get something pretty special. 🥹🤎

One of the best things about this barn is how many different walks of life come together under one roof. 🤎

Different ages, different backgrounds, different disciplines; ropers, cutters, English riders, western pleasure, barrel racers, trail riders, hobbyists… and even a few lamb showers thrown in the mix. 😂🐑🐴

We may all come to the barn for different reasons, but somewhere along the way, we’ve become a family. We cheer each other on, lend a hand when it’s needed, celebrate the wins, show up through the hard stuff, and love one another well.

Different people. Different passions. One barn family. 🤎

And ignore the water 😂 It gets changed twice a day AND they have 3 other clean troughs. This one is apparently their personal pond they stand in.

Three years of lessons. Three years of hard work, patience, confidence building, and countless hours in the saddle.

Watching how far Lucy has come is such a testament to not only the work she has put in, but also the time, patience, and heart Jenn pours into her lesson students.

A good trainer teaches you how to ride. A great one helps you become confident enough to trust yourself and watching that happen with these two has been pretty special. 🥹

So proud of Lucy and so thankful to have Jenn as part of HorsePower Ranch. The progress speaks for itself. 🤎
