2025 is upon us! Hope everyone had an awesome 2024. With every New Years comes challenges. Health and fitness is one. Starting 2025, we are offering classes to help you meet those challenges head on! We now offer 2x a week for 115.00 a month or Unlimited for 150.00 a month. That's right. Come as many times a week for 150.00 a month. We want to help you to become a better you in 2025. We have a great community (family) that encourages and loves to workout together. Come give us a try! Your 1st 3 classes are free.
Class times are:
6:30, 8:00, and 9:00am (Mon-Fri)
5:30 and 6:30pm (Mon-Thurs)
5:30pm (Fri)
Saturday Community Workout 9:30am (Free to everyone)
