A little from Chels:
"Mat Pilates with Chels was born from a desire to move better and feel stronger. After recovering from a low back injury, I discovered how powerful low-impact movement, intentional breath, and mindful strengthening can be. That journey inspired me to complete my instructor training through Core Athletica and create my own approach to movement that is welcoming, functional, and accessible for every body. My classes focus on breath, movement, and mobility to help you build strength, improve confidence, and feel better in your body.
Whether you're new to fitness, returning after an injury, or simply looking for a supportive place to move, you don't have to feel "ready"—just come as you are and discover what your body can do."
