🏑 FIELD HOCKEY UPDATE

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our MyRec registration software is still currently down on both the public and management sides.

Field Hockey is still ON for tomorrow, Saturday, September 12!

Both Intro to Field Hockey and Grades 4 & 5 Field Hockey will meet from 8:00–9:15 AM.

Please remember to bring:
🏑 Field hockey stick
🦵 Shin guards
😁 Mouth guard

Not registered yet because MyRec is down? No problem! Come join us tomorrow at 8:00 AM and we will help get you registered.

Get ready! Registration for Barnstable Recreation’s 2026 Fall Programs opens tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9, at 8:45 AM for Barnstable residents.

We have a great lineup of programs and activities for children, teens, adults, and families—including sports, arts, cooking, skating, pickleball, fitness, and more!

Learn to Play Pickleball in one 2.5-hour lesson with Straight-Up Pickleball and join everyone playing the “fastest growing sport in America!” The course will include learning the rules of the game, player positioning and the shots needed to play. You will meet great people and be participating in Barnstable Open Play the next day!

Beginning Wednesday, September 2, 2026, the Marstons Mills Pickleball/Tennis Facility at 760 Osterville-West Barnstable Road will move to a new school year schedule.

Congratulations to this year’s Mini Golf Tour of Cape Cod champion, Charlie! ⛳️🏆

On the tour we visited a different course each week and kept a cumulative score throughout the summer. Charlie ending up winning by over 🔟 strokes!

We heard that the champ wants to come back next year and win it again…who has what it takes to unseat the Mini Golf King 👑 of Cape Cod?

The Cape Cod Scenic Tour spent the summer walking trails, visiting museums, and having laughs all over! 🌊☀️😎

Visits included Heritage Museum and Gardens, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, National Seashore trails, Audubons, and more! 🌳🌸🐠

We’ll be back next summer and hope you join us!
