Some people ride bikes. Some people build a cycling community. Terry does both. 🙌

For years, Terry has been inspiring riders and leading the way here on Cape Cod. She’s the heart and soul of our popular Mellow Monday ride, bringing people together every week for great riding, good vibes, and an incredibly welcoming community.

And she doesn’t stop there…

💪 She spearheads the adaptive riding program for Spaulding, helping make the joy and freedom of cycling accessible to more people.

🌲 She’s a tireless volunteer and supporter of Cape Cod NEMBA, giving her time and energy to help make our trails and riding community better.

🚴‍♀️ She leads, encourages, welcomes, inspires—and somehow always seems to find the time to give back.

We were proud to support the incredible riders of the Pan-Mass Challenge once again this year at the Barnstable Water Stop.

Our crew was on hand early providing mechanical support to help keep riders rolling toward the finish. From quick adjustments to unexpected repairs, we’re honored to play a small part in such an inspiring event.

A huge thank you to the riders, volunteers, and everyone who makes the PMC possible. Together, we’re riding to make a difference in the fight against cancer.

What a day! ☀️🚴

Our Summer Soirée was everything we hoped it would be—great rides, great people, and an incredible cycling community coming together on a perfect summer day.

From the road, gravel, and mountain bike group rides to the Specialized bike demo, there was something for everyone. Add in live music, great food, awesome giveaways, and plenty of good vibes, and it made for a fantastic day at the shop.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to ride, hang out, and make this event so special. Seeing so many familiar faces—and plenty of new ones—enjoying the day is exactly what it’s all about.

A special thanks to the partners and friends who helped us pull it off!

Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with a morning dedicated to women riding together.

This is a women-led, women-focused event featuring both road and off-road ride options, with multiple pace groups to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Whether you’re a newer rider looking for a relaxed social pace or an experienced cyclist wanting a stronger effort, we’ll have ride leaders for each group. All rides are no-drop and designed to build confidence, connection, and community.
