You Don't Have to Be a Fighter
Martial arts isn't just for competitors.
Whether you're looking for a new challenge, a fun way to stay active, a great workout, or simply want to learn something new, there's a place for you at Omens Martial Arts.
We offer Striking (Kickboxing), Grappling, and Tae Kwon Do classes for adults, offering several ways to challenge yourself and continue growing.
Some of our members enjoy competing.
Others come simply because they enjoy the challenge, the community, and the opportunity to keep learning.
Along the way, you'll build confidence, resilience, discipline, and skills that extend far beyond the mats.
The hardest part isn't throwing your first punch...
It's walking through the door for the first time.
Your first class is free. Come experience what makes Omens Martial Arts different.
Victory Through Honor.

Built Together
A couple of months ago, these photos captured one of the biggest milestones in our move to the new Omens Martial Arts facility.
It was time to tear down the training floor in our old location, haul every mat across town, and begin building the foundation of our new home. It wasn't glamorous—but it was one of the most important parts of the entire move.
Looking back now, every sore muscle, every late night, and every weekend spent building was worth it.
These mats have already been home to countless classes, belt promotions, friendships, and victories—and this is only the beginning.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, worked hard, and helped lay the foundation for the future of Omens Martial Arts.
Victory Through Honor.

THEN ➡️ NOW
Back in 2023, Amie and Lily were two young white belts with big smiles and a lot to learn.
Today, they're still best friends. Still showing up. Still encouraging one another. And still growing—both as martial artists and as young leaders.
One of the greatest things martial arts can build isn't just confidence or discipline... it's friendships that grow stronger through shared challenges, hard work, and years spent side by side on the mats.
We're incredibly proud of how far these two have come, and we can't wait to watch them continue their journey together.
Victory Through Honor.

THANK YOU, TEAM OMENS!
Our Domino's Slice the Price fundraiser has officially come to an end, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible support from our students, families, friends, and community.
Because of your generosity, we sold 161 cards and raised $1610 to help our team with expenses!
Every card purchased helps make it possible for our athletes to compete, grow, and proudly represent Omens Martial Arts. Whether you purchased a card, shared our fundraiser, or simply cheered us on, thank you for being part of our journey.
We're excited to put these funds to good use as we continue preparing for upcoming competitions, and we can't wait to share those experiences with all of you.
From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for believing in our students and in what we're building here at Omens Martial Arts.

More Than Kicks and Punches
Many parents enroll their children hoping they'll learn self-defense.
They stay because they watch their child develop confidence, discipline, respect, focus, and resilience.
Our Tae Kwon Do program is designed to help students grow both on and off the mats.
Whether your child is shy, full of energy, loves sports, or has never participated in an activity before, there's a place for them here.
Martial arts isn't about being the best in the room—it's about becoming a little better every time you step onto the mats.
Come experience what makes Omens Martial Arts different.
Call today to schedule your first Tae Kwon Do class for free. Come see what we're all about!

Built Together
Every dream starts with the willingness to roll up your sleeves.
These photos were taken during one of many weekends spent transforming our new space into the home of Omens Martial Arts.
Friends, family, students, and teammates gave up their time to frame walls, swing hammers, and help bring this vision to life.
Looking back, it's incredible to see how much was accomplished in just a few days—but even more incredible is remembering the people who made it happen.
We truly couldn't have done it without you.
Victory Through Honor.

Better Late Than Never... 😅
A few weeks ago, Team Omens traveled to Las Vegas to compete in the IKF World Classic, and somehow these photos never made it onto Facebook... so here they are!
A huge congratulations to Aaron Kays and Justin Walker, who both stepped into the ring to compete in full-contact Muay Thai for the very first time. That takes courage, commitment, and countless hours of hard work.
Whether it's your first fight or your fiftieth, every time you step into the ring, you grow. Win or lose, the experience, lessons, and confidence gained are something that can never be taken away.
We're incredibly proud of these athletes for representing Team Omens with honor, discipline, and heart. This was just the beginning, and we can't wait to see where their journey leads next.
Victory Through Honor.

Coach Spotlight
Help me welcome the newest coach to our team
Former Sgt. Victor Pamplona proudly served in the Hawaii and Idaho National Guard.
His passion for martial arts began at a young age, learning boxing and karate from his father. Growing up, his older brother practiced Taekwondo—often using Victor as his "kick dummy" while showing off new techniques!
Victor wrestled all four years of high school while also training in Muay Thai kickboxing. He later tried out for the wrestling program at USC Pueblo.
A true combat sports enthusiast, Victor enjoys all forms of martial arts, with a particular passion for Wrestling, Catch Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts.
As both a lifelong practitioner and coach, Victor is passionate about helping students develop their skills and discover how to make each martial art their own.
Help us get to know Coach Vic a little better! 👇 What's one question you'd like to ask him? Leave it in the comments, and he'll be stopping by to answer throughout the week.
