🥅 THANK A GOALIE! 🦅

This week, we held an incredible Goalie Clinic, packing the ice with IFYHA goaltenders from 8U through High School!

Our goalies worked on advancing their goaltending skills including cutting down angles, T-pushes, butterfly slides, shot recovery, post-to-post play, mastering low-to-high situations, plus fine-tuning their stances, movement efficiency, and body positioning. 🥅

As an organization, we’re proud to dedicate time and resources to developing our goaltenders, and a huge thank you to Coach Patrick Kasper with Crease Tech for making the trip to Idaho Falls and sharing his expertise with our players! A big thanks to all of our shooters as well!

It takes a special kind of mental toughness to step between the pipes. 💪 So next time you’re at the rink, THANK A GOALIE! 🦅🥅

It takes a community to build something special! 🖤💛🏒

A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to Grand Peaks Prime Meats for generously donating the delicious, high-quality meat for today’s 10U Kickoff BBQ!

We’re incredibly fortunate to be part of a community that continues to show up for youth hockey. Donations like this remind our players that their community is behind them, investing in their growth as teammates, hard workers, and good people. We hope they grow up remembering that support and someday find their own ways to give back.

And there are plenty of opportunities to join this amazing community of supporters! IFYHA is hosting NINE home tournaments this season, and we’re always looking for donated goods and services for raffles. Raffle proceeds directly support our program and help us keep hockey accessible and affordable for local families.

Own a business? Work for one? Want to support local youth hockey? We’d love to feature you as an IFYHA sponsor or donor. Send us a message and let’s chat!

Together, our community is helping create a bright future for 300+ Eagles hockey players. 🦅🏒 Thank you, Grand Peaks Prime Meats, for being part of it!

🏒 EAGLES HOCKEY IS BACK! 🦅🔥

Last night, we officially kicked off the season for our 10U through High School teams, along with our Girls Primary Division, at the Ice Breaker Skills Clinic at the MAC!

The energy on the ice was electric. ⚡️ After a long summer, there’s nothing quite like seeing our players back on the ice—skating hard, competing, learning, and having fun together.

We’re fired up for another incredible season of Eagles Hockey and everything that comes with it: new skills, big goals, unforgettable memories, and a whole lot of growth along the way.

The wait is over. Hockey is back. Let’s go, Eagles! 🦅🏒💛🖤

Dreams really do come true— Thanks to the Spud Kings! 💛🖤👑

Tonight, our 6U and 8U players got the chance to hit the ice with the Spud Kings! They ran drills, learned from the guys they look up to, and even finished the night with a scrimmage!

Our kids brought the hustle on the ice… and the parents may have gotten just a little rowdy in the stands. 😉😂 Luckily, our players brought the heat and delivered some pretty solid goals!

These are the nights our kids will remember 🖤. A HUGE thank you to the Spud Kings for hosting such a fun, special night and for being incredible role models for our young players.

Just a few short weeks until 6U & 8U are back on the ice — we’re fired up and ready to PLAY SOME HOCKEY! 🔥🏒
