Just a friendly reminder, 5Rhythms Teacher, Heeraa Sazevich, is joining us at Tru Flo Yoga this Saturday, June 8th in Idaho Falls from 1:00 - 5:30 pm for Portals of Ecstasy. This is an introductory workshop and there is still space available. The 5Rhythms practice is unique to every dancer and has been instrumental in the ecstatic dance movement across the world. We are truly fortunate to have Heeraa land with us for a short time.
