Can you believe it’s already been a full year? We’re celebrating at the Idaho Springs Skatepark with a night of non-stop energy, live tunes, and epic skating!

🌟 There’s a lot happening at the Clear Creek County Senior Wellness Event! 🌟



Seniors can take part in a variety of activities designed to support health, mobility, balance, and overall wellness. Activities and services include:

❤️ Health checks – Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Oxygen. Weight
👂 Hearing screening
🧘 Yoga instruction
💪 Mobility and fall-prevention exercises with a physical therapist
🦷 Dental exam
🩺 One-on-one medical consultation
💬 Mental health and wellness conversations
🌿 Acupuncture and other wellness services


The attached video gives you a quick look at the kind of gentle standing yoga participants can enjoy. No special experience is needed — just come ready to move, learn, and have a good time!

Join us for the Clear Creek County Senior Wellness Event! This free event is open to all Clear Creek seniors aged 60 and older, offering comprehensive health services, valuable consultations, and free access to the Recreation Center facilities all day.

Event Details:

Date & Time: Saturday, September 26th | 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Location: Clear Creek Rec Center (98 12th Street)

Cost: Free for Clear Creek seniors (Aged 60+)

Services Included:

Medical Checks: Blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, and oxygen level checks

Exams: earing, dental, and vision exams

Consultations: One-on-one sessions with a doctor or mental health professional

Wellness Demonstrations: Physical therapy and yoga exercises designed to increase mobility and prevent falls
