Our evening yoga practice came with a visitor.

This weeks yoga class we focused on our Svadhistana (sacral chakra). This chakra is associated with sensuality & creativity. The primary function of this energy is pleasure and overall enjoyment of life. It is associated with the water element and the color orange. Don’t forget to get out in the ocean & or take a soothing bath with essential oils. See you all for next weeks class, where we will focus on our Manipura (solar plexus).
