🥋 SAME LESSON. YEARS APART. ❤️

Years ago, I was teaching my oldest son self-defense when he was only 4 years old.

Now, years later, I’m watching his little brother at 5 learn those same movements. 👊🥋

Different time. Different son. Same fundamentals.

Moments like these remind me that Taekwon-Do is about more than kicks and punches. It’s about passing down confidence, discipline, and skills that stay with our kids as they grow.

Proud dad. Proud instructor. ❤️
