White Dragon Chula Vista will be hosting another free Tai Chi event! Saturday, September 12th at 6:30pm. It will be located at Imperial Beach. Come hang out and get your chi on!

The Chula Vista crew after a long day of martial arts greatness. Congrats to all the big winners at this year's instructor's tournament. It was good experience, and we'll be back next year.

Selfie time: had about 40 minutes until I had to start teaching. Decided to spend it beating up the heavy bag. Had to lose the hoodie about 20 minutes in. Overall good workout to get me started today.

On another note, is it obvious that the shorts are much newer than the hoodie?

Grandmaster Seminars 2018. A great weekend full of good Kung Fu and Tai Chi fun. Always grateful for the knowledge that Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong passes down.
