We are heartbroken over the loss of Drew. He was our hero, our Iron Man, and the heart and soul of Koteles Racing.

Since 1980, he built a legacy that spans three generations. From racing himself to watching his sons, nephews, and grandsons, racing was his everything.

We will miss his sayings, his advice, and everything that made him who he was. Things will never be the same without him, but we will carry on what he started and keep his legacy alive.

We love you, Drew. Chase those checkered flags and winner stickers in heaven! 🏁🕊️

Visitation and prayer service will be held Sunday, October 25, at Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, PA 15063.

Visitation: 2:00–6:00 PM
Prayer Service: 6:00–7:00 PM

Unfortunately, motor issues ended our night at Latrobe. Both Cody and Joey were running up front until they were forced to pull off.

Congratulations to all the Lernerville Speedway 2026 Point Champions! The Koteles team had a great regular season, and we’re looking forward to some special races ahead!

Logan had a very consistent season and showed improvements throughout the year. His hard work earned him 2nd in points!
Cody picked up 2 Lernerville wins this season! Unfortunately, a little bad luck along the way kept him from a top spot, finishing 4th in points.
Jonathan ran a limited schedule this year but still put together a great season, finishing 10th in points. He also made some good improvements throughout the year.
