I am writing with deep regret to inform you all of the unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances that have led to the cancellation of the planned 2 Day Shooting Event, KC Cave Shootout, scheduled to take place at our gun range on August 4th & 5th. I offer my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused to you and all the participants involved.

On July 23, 2023, a devastating fire occurred at our gun range, resulting in significant damage and rendering the facility unusable for the foreseeable future. The safety of our staff, vendors, and event participants is a paramount concern, and we are left with no choice but to close the gun range indefinitely until we can ensure a safe and secure environment for all.

We fully recognize the immense effort and preparation that you and your team have put into making this event a success. Your dedication, time, and resources have not gone unnoticed, and we deeply appreciate your commitment to making KC CAVE SHOOTOUT a memorable experience for all involved.

Understandably, this cancellation has financial implications for everyone, and we are committed to ensuring that all participants and vendors receive a full refund for their payments. Our team is working diligently to process the necessary paperwork and initiate the refund process as swiftly as possible. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time, as we aim to resolve all refunds quickly.

Please know that we deeply regret any inconvenience this cancellation has caused and the disappointment it may have caused to all participants. We are actively exploring alternative options to reschedule the event once our gun range is fully operational again. This event is open to the general public with a passion for fi****ms and want to experience the caves of KC on a different level.
Ticket holders will have access to unique fi****ms such as a Scar, Galil rifle, CZ SP01, X5 Legion, Sig Sauer Tread competition model, PWS, suppressed pistols and rifles, and a host of others. These will be available in the standby area as you wait to experience the tactical course and drills. Mags are sold individually for the above fi****ms.
Both days of training will include 1-2 prop vehicles, barriers, metal and paper targets, all helping to develop skills in defensive shooting.
Vendors will present; including firearm accessories, magazines and ammunition, 2A apparel, adult novelties, and night vision suppliers.
Food trucks will be available inside of the cave along the front entry.
