2. Coach Corey is leading the charge with explosive jump training that protects athletes while boosting performance.
3. Strong, safe jumping starts with smart preparation and disciplined technique.
4. Every rep is designed to help athletes jump higher, land safer, and stay game-ready all season.
5. Coach Corey’s Tip #1: Always warm up ankles, knees, and hips before explosive jumping.
6. Tip #2: Take off with balanced feet and controlled arm swing—no rushed jumps.
7. Tip #3: Land softly on the balls of the feet, bending knees and hips to absorb force.
8. Tip #4: Keep chest up and knees aligned over toes to reduce injury risk and build longevity.
