Join us for the Mental Masters Athlete Clinic with BJ Fox on Monday, June 15th from 9:30 AM–12:20 PM at SPY Academy! Athletes will learn the mental and physical side of the game through drills, routines, and live instruction designed to build smarter, more confident players.

Join us for the SPY Memorial Day Murph Workout — a fun, challenging, and community-driven event open to all kids, parents, athletes, and fitness levels!
The “Murph” is a famous Hero Workout created in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy and traditionally includes:
• 1 Mile Run
• 100 Pull-Ups
• 200 Push-Ups
• 300 Air Squats
• 1 Mile Run
Don’t worry — this event is designed for EVERYONE. Participants can split up reps however they’d like, complete only part of the workout, and modifications will be available for all skill levels. Whether you want to push yourself competitively or just move and have fun with family and friends, this event is for you!
The run/jog/walk portion will take place outside around the facility, while the rest of the workout will be completed indoors.
Event Starts: 10:00 AM
Cost: FREE
Bonus Perks:
• All kids will receive a FREE Prime Hydration Drink
• All participants 21+ are invited to Fringe Beerworks across the street immediately after the event for a FREE drink

SPY Summer 60 Performance Challenge 💪
June 1st – July 31st
Showcases and camps help exposure, but what college coaches really want to see is a commitment to getting stronger. This challenge is to help prepare athletes for what that looks like.
Athletes will earn points for:
• Gaining muscle (InBody)
• Dropping body fat %
• Improving numbers at our Summer Combine
🏆 We’ll have a Male & Female Champion
Winners get:
• Custom SPY Summer 60 Champion shirt
• $500 SPY gift card (can be used on team fees, memberships, lessons, merch, etc.)
📅 Orientation / Testing Day: June 1st
- All athletes will complete their Inbody Scan on this date, along with quality information on how to train and game plan for their goal this summer. (All body composition results will be private)

FACILITY UPDATE 🔥
After weeks of work, we are finally (almost) complete with the remodel of our performance gym space.
While there’s still some more to do, we couldn’t wait to show it off and share it with everyone. What was the Performance Zone, will now be known as THE DEN.
