Exhale with Elle

I was truly my privilege to share my passion for somatic yoga during an incredibly relaxing Chair Yoga class , with a wonderful group of women at 8th Street Baptist Church. I guided them through a rejuvenating flow that left everyone feeling uplifted and empowered. This experience fuels my dedication to spreading the joy of yoga and its transformative power. My oldest student was in her 90’s and she rocked it!!! 🧘‍♀️ 💪
