Congrats to our 2026 200HR Winter/Spring Yoga Teacher Training class! đ
This marks our third graduating class and eight new yoga instructors who now carry this skill set for the rest of their lives. We hope each of these new instructors takes this gift and uses it to bring our community closer to healing, connection, and peace.

Our owners have been proud residents of this community for the past six years, and this has always felt like the right next step. Weâre incredibly grateful for the support youâve shown us so farâand weâll need you even more as we take this next leap.
While we canât share all the details about the new location just yet, just know⌠weâre coming soonâreal soon.
At our core, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. Yoga, sauna, mental health therapy, and cold plunges have been powerful resources for our community, and weâre excited to continue expanding access to these offerings.
Weâre also looking forward to growing our Dream Athlete program and bringing even more support and resources to youth athletes in the area.
