We are a full service gym. We offer 24 hours access for our members. Located in Indiana, PA. Near the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

We have free weights, selectorized, and plate loaded equipment. We have a variety of cardiovascular equipment, including Treadmills, Elliptical, Stair steppers, Recommend Bikes, and Stationary Bikes. We have Nautilus, Paramount, Flite, Icarian, Precor, Life Fitness, Stairmaster, Schwinn brand equipments. Lake's 24HR Fitness is owned and operated by Jamie Lake. Staff Hours:
Mon- Thur 8:30am - 9:00p

Exercise of the weeek
Push-up
• Lie on the floor face down and place hands slightly wider than shoulder width while holding your torso up at arm’s length: starting position
• Slowly lower yourself downward until your chest almost touches the floor
• Then press your upper body back up to the starting position
• Remember to keep your back in a straight line throughout the entire motion and your glutes should be in line with the straight line
