Is your organization antifragile?
In short, antifragility is the organization's ability to be adaptable and agile to new situations, so they are able to thrive in uncertain and turbulent times.
Here are some questions to ask yourself, based on Nassim Taleb's book Antifragile: Things That Gain from Disorder, when determining if your organization is antifragile or if you want to shift in that direction:
1. Is your organization built on a foundation of trust?
2. Do you have a strong culture of continuous learning and evolution?
3. Have you decentralized power and distributed it evenly among indviduals?

Not just for academic purposes but with any skill you really want to master. As leaders, shouldn’t we be masters of our craft?
What was the last training you attended? What did you do with the information you learned?
I’m sure if you 🤔 about it…. you put that information on a shelf with good intentions.
