Hello my long-lost running and triathlon friends! Looking for your input...

This page was mainly created to communicate status of 2x weekly winter group trail runs in Eagle Creek Park- one Sunday AM, one Wed PM. Amy and Paul handled the longer ~8mi wknd run, Dave did the shorter ~5mi run. We currently don't have any recurring run groups.

I believe we can get a Sunday ~9AM group going again, maybe a Thursday 4:30PM group too. As sunlight hours increase, the Thur run will either start later or go longer. Questions:

1. Interested in joining? Sunday? Thursday? both?
2. Can you lead a Sunday AM group?
3. Would you mind if these are opened to other groups- ITRA, Tri Loco, Divebar etc?

Hey gang! Long time, no events! Soon I'll set up some weekly trail runs for fall and winter! Also I'll be changing our page name to reflect the geography of most events. Stay tuned!

No group trail run this afternoon- gonna be busy celebrating St. Paddy's Day instead! Slainte'🍀🍻😁

Reminder- weekly Sunday 9am run tomorrow at Eagle Creek Park... however NOT on the trails, so wear your road shoes. Meeting at the lot nearest the South entrance gate. Photo actual conditions in the park today 😆😁🧐😎

Friends- Unless roads are closed or impassable, we are ON for the Sunday Weekly Trail Run in Eagle Creek Park- meet by 9am in the main lot by the SOUTH gate. 8-9mi for me, slow pace, but there are many options, all are welcome. C U there!
