Fast tip number five for Indi‘s race week/weekend: hydrate, hydrate, hydrate it takes more than just water and or other beverages. Especially if you’re gonna be out there in that sun watching the cars go around around for hours stay hydrated.
Fast tip number four: single leg activities mimic real life. Training in this way will help you do things such as pick up groceries, go downstairs with ease, and get on and off the floor.
Wednesday of race week fast tip number three: get your core done. It’s what holds you together and allows all the big movers to coordinate and get going.

Indi is gearing up for the Indianapolis 500 this coming weekend. Here’s your fast tip of the day “do your deadlifts“ these help keep your posterior chain of muscles strong so that you can move fast.
