Let me know if this sounds familiar?
"I want to get in shape, so I am going to start working out 5 days a week and eat better."
What this really means is
"I am going to jump off the high dive the very first time I see a swimming pool"
It never works and you will end up sad in some way.
There is no reason to go from 0 to 100 right off the bat.
Try taking in steps.
The first start adding movement 2 to 3 days a week.
After doing that for 3 to 4 weeks straight, start logging your food.
After some time, try to reach a protein goal.
I know the results may not happen as quickly this way, but I also know that DOSE NOT MATTER!
The only thing fast results will get you is losing them fast. Slow results result in lasting change.
