Honestly if you are trying to drop weight there are three simple steps you need to do now let’s cover them. #1 Eat less calories eat a 80 percent protein 20 percent complex carbs #2. Fasting don’t eat before 2 pm and don’t eat after 9 pm #3. Get in a regular exercise routine at least 1 hour a day you can even spilt up your time i recommend some form of hit training or heavy weight training even walking or light jogging and by all means challenge yourself it’s not easy but if you stick to the plan I promise you will see results in weeks so remember cut the carbs eat more proteins fast and exercise regularly have a good day everyone.
