What I’m reading this summer - the Hatha Yoga Pradipika is an older text/scripture but is easy to read and accessible. Sacred Journey is newer but deeply moving. Both are under 150 pages. Check them out!

Sunday morning cleanse

During the colder months I leave my crystals inside this window to charge on the full moon. I also re-energize this protective grid with fresh rice. The moon cycles are important to me and I like to mark them with rituals when I can. What’s are your moon rituals?
