Mark your calendar for our End of Summer Social on Saturday, Sept 30th! Sure, it will technically be fall by then but we’re choosing to ignore that 🙂

We spend enough time at the F45 studio anyway, why not spend it looking *slightly* less sweaty and get to know each other better than while on the turf when coaches are talking! 🤪

We’ll have some games, snacks, drinks, and our typical 🔥 playlists, but feel free to bring any of the above as well - friends too! It’s been another great summer in the books with our F45 community, and we can’t wait to see you there! ❤️💙
