Meet Leah GiaQuinta, Divorce Transition Coach and founder of Leah GiaQuinta Coaching, LLC

Leah helps women navigate one of life's most overwhelming seasons with clarity, strength, and confidence. Through her work, Leah supports women who feel stuck, uncertain, or emotionally drained - guiding them toward a more grounded, empowered version of themselves.

Blending practical strategy with compassionate support, Leah equips her clients with tools to move through the challenges of divorce with intention rather than reactivity. Her approach focuses on helping women regain their footing, make clear decisions, and create a path forward that aligns with their values and goals.

Leah's background as a licensed physical therapist and former NFL cheerleader uniquely shapes her coaching style - steady, encouraging, and focused on resilience. She understands both the physical and emotional toll of stress and brings that awareness into every interaction.

As a mother of four who has navigated her own life transitions, Leah connects deeply with the realities her clients face. Her grounded, relatable presence makes her a trusted guide for women ready to move from surviving divorce to rebuilding a life they feel proud of.

Come meet Leah and the rest of our speaker team at our April 30 workshop in Carmel, IN.

Looking forward to collaborating with Divorce Survival Workshops to offer valuable supportive resources to the Indianapolis area 💗

💔 Valentine’s Day can hit differently after divorce. The world turns pink and sparkly, and meanwhile you’re just trying to get through the month.

Whatever you’re feeling — sadness, anger, relief, nothing at all — it’s valid. You don’t owe anyone a brave face or a positive spin.

Give yourself permission to handle the day your way. Cozy up at home, take yourself out, cry it out, laugh it out… there’s no wrong choice.

And if you’re ready for support as you navigate this season, our Divorce Survival Workshop is on the horizon. First date announced soon. Email for further connection: [email protected]

This episode is for the ones beginning again quietly. I loved this conversation with Living Well By Jen —about honoring what was, and softening into what’s next. If you’re in a tender chapter, I hope you feel seen here. 💗💗💗

You weren't meant to do this alone. 💗 02/02/2026

You weren't meant to do this alone. 💗 -

You weren't meant to do this alone. 💗 February is a month of milestones for me—it’s both my birthday and the third anniversary of Leah GiaQuinta Coaching, LLC. I built this business for one reason: you shouldn’t have to navigate the weight of divorce alone.

There’s an “intermission” moment in every life — that pause where you catch your breath and decide how you want the next chapter to unfold.

I’m honored to be the first guest featured in Jen Stanley’s new Intermission Stories series on the Living Well Enneagram podcast. We talk about identity shifts, choosing yourself again, and what it looks like to begin anew with intention and hope.

If you’re standing in the in-between, this conversation is for you. 🤍

Divorce isn’t just a legal process—it’s an emotional, financial, and life transition.
That’s why the smartest move isn’t “doing it all yourself,” but building the right team around you. When each expert handles their lane, you get to stay focused on healing, clarity, and what comes next.

Grateful to collaborate with a team of professionals to best support the clients I serve!

Divorce doesn't have to be a solo journey 💼

While hiring an attorney might be your first thought, you might also want to consider recruiting other professionals to your "divorce team."

Who should be on your divorce team? Consider:

> Divorce attorney – Your legal advocate and guide through the process
> Financial specialist – A certified divorce financial analyst (CDFA) or financial planner who understands the long-term implications of settlement decisions
> Therapist or counselor – Someone to support your emotional health during this difficult transition
> Mediator – If you're pursuing an amicable divorce, a mediator can help you and your spouse reach agreements
> Real estate agent – Especially if you need to sell or buy property
> Mortgage broker – To help you understand refinancing options or qualify for a new home
> Divorce coach – A newer role that helps you navigate the emotional and practical aspects of divorce
> Tax specialist or CPA – To understand the tax implications of your settlement

Not everyone needs every specialist! Your team should reflect your circumstances, your goals, and your budget. The key is knowing what resources are available so you can get the support you truly need. 💪

Today is often labeled Divorce Day.

But labels can carry weight—and they don’t get to define your year.

What if instead of naming this season by what’s ending, you named it by what you’re cultivating?

Healing. Clarity. Courage. Peace. Wholeness.

If you’re navigating divorce or a major life transition and want support that’s grounded, intentional, and human—I’d love to walk with you.

So wonderful meeting Luna's Art & Face Painting during Las Posadas celebration at Newfield’s Winterlights this month. You gave me and my kiddos the gift of shared conversations around a table of paint and canvasses this Christmas! Indy friends, look her up- her art kits and parties are so much fun.

Thanksgiving has always felt like home to me—stripped down, simple, rooted in presence over presents.

So much of that comes from my mom. The way she hums along to Joni Mitchell, times the turkey, sets out appetizers while enforcing her “kitchen is closed” rule so she can actually enjoy a glass of wine with us.
She moves through it all with quiet confidence, making magic look effortless.

As a mom myself, I’ve learned something important: my kids need to see me protect what I love. Not for show, but so they learn that joy is sacred—and that their own passions matter too.

Divorce disrupted so many traditions. Thanksgiving is one holiday I refused to let grief steal from me. Even if it looked different. Even if the kids weren’t with me every year. I decided I would still claim it, still love it, still create new rhythms—alone, with my children, or with whoever life gathered around me.

I hope to offer you that same permission.

You are allowed to protect what brings you joy.

You are allowed to create new traditions.

You are allowed to carry forward what feels good and release what doesn’t.

Thanksgiving doesn’t ask for perfection. It simply invites us to notice what’s still good, what’s still growing, and what still brings us back to ourselves.

Thank you for being here. I’m deeply grateful for your shared stories of courage and your willingness to rebuild a life that honors who you’re becoming.

Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with gentleness, warmth, and one moment of joy you allow yourself to fully claim. 🤍
