Better late than never!! Our number 96, Mallory Einterz earned the chain for her performance during State that really carried over into this last weekend! Her bat came alive, hitting bombs and causing chaos with her bunts, and she made several great defensive plays at shortstop!! Way to go, Mal Mal! Everyone stand back and LET HER COOK!

These girls must really love their dads because they brought IT this weekend. You know what IT I’m talking about. They made heads up plays on defense, they battled at the plate and they ran smart in the base paths. Back to back long days, and they came up one run short of winning the whole thing. Hold those heads high girls! Way to bring home some new jewelry for yourselves for Father’s Day!
In between all the softball they also managed to build a wonderful little fort that is now available for rental on Air B&B we were told.

2-0 so far today. Ready for game 3!

4th in the state tournament. Not the goal, but not too shabby either. The girls bats were 🔥 and they made some great defensive plays this weekend. They dug themselves into some holes, but they never stopped fighting. All while playing on some extra toasty turf and some of the hottest weather we’ve seen this year. Good work ladies!
Next tournament - Stars and Strikes tourney in 2 weeks.

The USSSA 12B field has been narrowed down from 28 teams down to only 8 remaining. We continue to battle Sunday at 9:30am at Lincoln Park. Come cheer the girls on or follow along on GameChanger.

Two chain winners today! Claire for her walk-off hit to come from behind and win a clutch game yesterday, and Vada for having 2nd base on lockdown and having her slaps and bunts work their magic! Way to go girls! Everyone stand back and LETTEM’ COOK!!!!!
