The Hangout Jiu-Jitsu club brought a guard attack series to the family reunion. Not as good as the pecan pie but definitely beats the salad. We love visiting our Chango Brazilian Jiu Jitsu second home!

Breakfast Club with Professor Brian Bowers! Great start to the week!

We did some nice jiu-jitsu today, working some sneaky attacks from guard.

But instead of our usual class picture, all of us at the Hangout Jiu-Jitsu Club want to remember the life of Charlie Kirk. If we all treated each other with the dignity and grace that Charlie extended to those who loathed him, it is irrefutable, regardless of political affiliation, that the world would be a better place. We grieve with his beautiful family and cheer our law enforcement partners as they seek to bring justice to the evil doers.

Progressive drilling building upon foundational attacks with gradually increased complexity results in the majority of the repetition load being carried by the most high-percentage, foundational techniques.

Then live rounds so we can pressure test our skills.
