⚾ T-Ball and Baseball | Just Over a Week Away
Our Rec Coed T-Ball and Baseball leagues begin Saturday, June 27 at the OrthoIndy Foundation YMCA.

T-Ball is for ages 4–6 and Baseball is for ages 7–10. Each week includes a practice followed by a relaxed game, giving kids a chance to learn the basics, build confidence and enjoy being part of a team.

🏀 More chances to get on the court.
After seeing so much interest in our Coed Rec Basketball League, we added a Monday option so more families can join in.

This league is for ages 3–8 and is a great way for kids to learn the basics, build confidence and get more comfortable playing.

The Monday league starts next Monday, June 22, so now is a good time to get registered before spots fill up.

As we prepare to recognize and celebrate Juneteenth, please note YMCA centers will be open until 1 p.m. on Friday, June 19. YMCA day camps and early learning programs will not operate that day. Y members can stay active anytime with the YMCA 360 app.

From the starting line to the finish line, our OrthoIndy Foundation YMCA athletes showed what it means to compete with confidence, determination and heart. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's All-City Track & Field Meet such a memorable experience. We can't wait to see what these athletes accomplish next!

🎒 Less Than a Month Away 🎒
We’re teaming up with MSD of Pike Township for our annual Back to School Fest on July 11. This free community celebration will help local families prepare for the school year with 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies, available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

We’re also excited to welcome Pike High School alumnus and Atlanta Falcons offensive tackle Mike Jerrell. Families will have the opportunity to meet Mike during the event and take part in a football clinic.

The morning will also include bounce houses, games, food, community vendors, prizes and family fun.

Students must be present with a parent or guardian to receive a backpack.

🍳 Cuttin’ It Up in the Kitchen | June 18
Get hands-on in the kitchen while learning simple skills for making healthy meals that taste great.

Looking for something fun and free for your teen to do this summer?
The Craft Collective starts next week at the OrthoIndy Foundation YMCA. Each week, teens will try a different hands-on project like bracelets, yarn art, beaded jewelry, watercolor painting and more.
