The USTA Midwest, founded in 1895, has one mission: "To Promote, Grow, Develop, and Service the Game of Tennis." The organization currently serves five states in the Midwest, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. Those five states are divided into 13 districts to better support the tennis community at the local level.
