It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted. Obviously, yogaandhops_indy is on hiatus due to current events but I want to take a moment to remind you of all the AWESOME local yoga studios that need your help right now! My home studio is streaming live yoga every day and believe me, it’ll lift your spirits🙏🏼 I’ll be teaching my first Zoom Vinyasa Flow this Thursday at 5:30. Every little bit counts. is doing incredible work for Indy, battling homelessness every day. In this season of Thanksgiving, I encourage everyone to give back. Weather it’s volunteering, sponsoring a family for Christmas, or donating to a good cause do so with love.

Our trips to fun local breweries have evolved over the years😂 This weekend we visited the original in Bargersville, IN and highly recommend making the trip down south. While our stay was short due to the fact that our children were literally dancing on the table, the Wit-Held really hit the spot🍻

Still on a high from yesterday’s event!! We managed to raise over $800 for CFI 70 thanks to the 40+ people who came out to do yoga and drink beer with and I yesterday🎉HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY !! Can’t believe how far we’ve come! Big thanks to and who were fielding questions from me hours before the event😘
