Join us Mondays at 9am for a fun filled, heart pumping, low impact step interval workout! You talk about a BURN!!!
We also add this to our Friday 9am class as well for 30 minutes and the remainder 30 minutes is our signature and one of our favorites, yoga 🧘♂️

What a fun way to celebrate a birthday!!! The birthday girl ‘s friends came to her AMAZING class that she instructs on Wednesday nights at 6:15. Such a great idea, right?

We work EVERYTHING at once using the resistance from overhead.
Here, we are incorporating core, bis, lats, traps, rhomboids, quads, and hamstrings all at once.
We call this multi-tasking 🤗
