🩰 Tyler brings 24 years of classical ballet training straight to the barre. With a BFA from Ball State University and a spot on stage with Ballet INitiative, she's bringing elite-level precision to every class. Expect high-rep toning sequences, a hype playlist, and a serious thigh burn. When she's not teaching, you'll find her walking her pups or baking up something delicious. 🐾🍪
💪 Lauren believes movement should be both empowering AND enjoyable. With a background in Dance and Kinesiology from Ball State University, she combines mindful movement with intentional programming to create classes that are accessible, challenging, and welcoming for every fitness level. Her goal? Help you build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to your body — while having fun along the way.
